A world class team has been assembled to lead the master planning process for a 2.4 million square feet mixed use development, which includes Foster + Partners, KPMB Architects, architectsAlliance and Claude Cormier + Associés. The project team is currently working with the City and Waterfront Toronto on securing the required development approvals. Phase One is anticipated to launch by 2016.
